Put Your Business Inside the BarterCon Experience
BarterCon vendors will not be placed in a separate shopping area away from the programming. Each vendor will be positioned inside one of the two Business Activation Rooms, giving participating businesses the opportunity to experience the sessions, build relationships and introduce their products and services to entrepreneurs throughout the day.
Only 8 vendor businesses will be selected.
Vendors sell for cash and for Barter Bucks℠. Entrepreneurs can earn our trade credits, Barter Bucks℠, by selling products and services and use them with other businesses in the marketplace.

The Build Room
Four vendor businesses are placed in this Business Activation Room and participate in the activations held there.
Room selection will take place after the Business Activations have been finalized. Approved vendors will enter the room-selection queue in the order their vendor payments are completed. Each vendor will have an opportunity to review the Business Activations scheduled in The Build Room and The Growth Room and choose the room they want based on those activations, so they can implement inside their own business during the event, subject to remaining capacity.
The Growth Room
Four vendor businesses are placed in this Business Activation Room and participate in the activations held there.
Room selection will take place after the Business Activations have been finalized. Approved vendors will enter the room-selection queue in the order their vendor payments are completed. Each vendor will have an opportunity to review the Business Activations scheduled in The Build Room and The Growth Room and choose the room they want based on those activations, so they can implement inside their own business during the event, subject to remaining capacity.

Vendor Support Pass
$60
Approved Solo Vendor Package businesses may add one Vendor Support Pass through January 31st, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Every vendor business is limited to a maximum of two representatives. The Vendor Team Package already includes a second representative, so it does not include this option.
Barter Black® membership benefit
New Barter Black® members receive three months of Silver membership access with their approved and paid vendor package. The membership belongs to the approved vendor business, not to each representative.
Important information
- Vendor applications are free to submit
- Applying does not guarantee acceptance
- Only approved vendors will receive access to vendor payment
- A vendor space is not confirmed until the full vendor fee is paid
- Vendors may accept cash and card, and must also keep at least 500 Barter Bucks℠ across approved offers
- Vendors may sell only during designated marketplace periods
- Shopping pauses during Business Activations
- Vendors may participate in the Activations held in their assigned room
- Vendors must remain set up through the final marketplace period
- Vendors may not begin packing before 5:30 PM without approval

Barter Bucks℠ participation
Every Vendor Keeps 500 Barter Bucks℠ Across Approved Offers
BarterCon is powered by the Barter Black® marketplace and our trade credits, Barter Bucks℠.
Vendors may accept cash and card payments, but every participating business must also reserve meaningful products or services that attendees can purchase fully with Barter Bucks℠.
Each approved vendor must keep at least 500 Barter Bucks℠ across approved offers available for purchase. Attendees may want to spend Barter Bucks℠, and you may still sell for cash.
Entrepreneurs can earn our trade credits, Barter Bucks℠, by selling products and services and use them with other businesses in the marketplace.
- Accept cash, card and Barter Bucks℠ during designated marketplace periods
- Reserve at least 500 Barter Bucks℠ across approved offers
- Clearly display both cash and Barter Bucks℠ prices
- Honor and complete all accepted purchases
- Process Barter Bucks℠ purchases through Barter Black®
Product-based vendors
- At least 500 Barter Bucks℠ across approved offers
- At least one product that represents your regular business offerings
The requirement is not satisfied by
- Free samples only
- Promotional giveaways only
- Clearance products only
- Items created only to satisfy the requirement
- Products that do not reasonably represent the business
Service-based vendors
- At least 500 Barter Bucks℠ across approved offers
- Clear descriptions of what each purchaser receives
Examples
- Three consultations at 200 Barter Bucks℠ each
- Five services at 100 Barter Bucks℠ each
- Two 250 Barter Bucks℠ services plus one additional lower-priced offer
Equivalent value requirement
Any product or service offered for Barter Bucks℠ must be available for a purchase completed fully with Barter Bucks℠. Vendors may not:
- Increase the Barter Bucks℠ price without administrator approval
- Offer a reduced product or service to Barter Bucks℠ customers
- Require an undisclosed cash payment
- Stop accepting approved Barter Bucks℠ offers because cash customers are available
- Replace approved Barter Bucks℠ inventory with less valuable products
- Change fulfillment terms based solely on payment method
- Move a transaction outside the approved Barter Black® system

Our team reviews applications and approves vendor businesses.

Approved vendors receive a payment link and a payment deadline.

Pay your vendor package, receive your room-selection queue number and complete vendor onboarding.
Vendor slots are held only after payment is complete. If payment is not received by the deadline in your approval notice, the slot may be released to another business.
