Barter Black® is a bartering marketplace where entrepreneurs can earn our trade credits, Barter Bucks℠, by selling their products and services and use them with other businesses in the marketplace. Entrepreneurs do not have to find a direct swap. They can earn from one business and spend with another.

Five years of that community built the room BarterCon takes place in. Everyone in it is actively building something and everyone is there to trade skill, service and progress.

What a working day looks like

Programming runs from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You choose from 6 hands-on Business Activations, join 2 guided Creative Reset experiences, and shop or sell inside the BarterCon Marketplace.

Every ticket includes 100 Barter Bucks℠ to use with BarterCon vendors and hosts, so the value you receive keeps circulating between the businesses in the room.

Why the seat count stays small

BarterCon is capped at 50 paid attendee seats. That cap protects the working format. Hosts can actually see your business, vendors can actually serve you, and you leave with finished work rather than a stack of business cards.
