Erica Bourne is a distinguished strategic architect, executive advisor, and transformational leader with over 20 years of professional experience spanning federal intelligence, corporate program management, and entrepreneurial innovation. As the founder of Erica Bourne Consulting, she partners with founders and mid-market organizations to transition their companies from founder-dependent fragility to institutional-grade integrity.

Drawing on nearly a decade of experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Erica applies the “zero-fail” rigor of the intelligence community to private-sector operations. During her federal tenure, she led multi-million-dollar programs, managed complex system transitions, and secured critical Congressional Budget Justification funding. Today, she translates that mission-critical discipline into strategic architecture, helping scaling businesses build reliable, succession-ready infrastructures.

At the core of her advisory work is her proprietary framework, The Bourne OPST™ Method. As a Strategic Architect, Erica specializes in identifying and mitigating Operational Debt across three critical pillars: Organization, Process, and Strategy.
