BarterCon™ grew out of what entrepreneurs have already been doing inside Barter Black® since 2022.
I've spent the last five years watching Black entrepreneurs show up for one another in ways people often say don't exist.
I've watched entrepreneurs use Barter Black® to get the branding, legal support, advertising, automation, strategy, content, systems and other expertise they needed to keep building.
What became clear to me was that we didn't need another event where entrepreneurs leave with more notes and another list of things to do later. We needed to create a room where they could actually work on those things.
